Training has been one of the main work of Shodhana. We not only impart training but undertaken Training Needs Analysis. Program is then designed in appropriateness to organizational need which could be skill building or other soft skills as a means to organizational development. Appraisal, Assessment and Evaluation
Shodhana has expertise in Program and project appraisal by applying both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Members of the group are well versed with different community based approaches and their application.
